By using PayNexa you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. PayNexa is operated by PAYNEXA INFOTECH PVT. LTD., Shivpuri Chowk, near Mahaganpati Mandir, Uttam Nagar, Cidco, Nashik, Maharashtra 422009, India.

1. Who can use PayNexa

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. An employer account may only be created by someone authorised to act for that business.

2. Your account

Sign-in is by OTP on your mobile number. Keep access to that number safe — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. One person should hold one personal account; one business, one company account.

3. Free for jobseekers

Jobseekers and apprentices never pay PayNexa — not to register, not to apply, not to be shortlisted. If anyone asks you for money in PayNexa's name, it is a fraud. Report it to us at once. We will never ask a candidate for a fee, a deposit or a "registration charge".

4. Employer rules

• Post only genuine openings for roles you are authorised to hire for.
• Never charge a candidate any fee, deposit or security amount.
• Keep candidate data confidential and use it only for hiring. Do not sell it or pass it on.
• Keep your business documents current, and complete KYC before posting.
• No discriminatory listings, and no job that is unlawful, unsafe or misleading about pay.

Listings that break these rules may be hidden or removed, and repeat offenders may lose access.

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Employer plans are prepaid and give the quota shown at the time of purchase — active job slots, candidate unlocks, boosts and validity. The quota is available to use from the moment payment succeeds.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes as shown at checkout. An invoice is available under Transactions after every payment.
• No refunds. Payments for PayNexa plans are final. Once a plan is activated we do not refund it, in full or in part — whether or not the quota was used, and whether or not you found a candidate. Please choose the plan carefully before paying, and write to krushna@paynexaindia.com first if you are unsure which one fits.
• Cancellation. You may stop using a plan or turn off renewal at any time from Transactions. Cancelling stops future charges only; it does not refund the amount already paid, and the plan keeps running until its validity ends.
• Unused quota does not carry forward after the plan's validity ends, and plans do not renew automatically unless you choose that.
• If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or money left your account but the plan did not activate, that is a payment failure and not a refund request — write to krushna@paynexaindia.com with the invoice and we will have the gateway return it.

6. Apprenticeship and TPA services

Where PayNexa acts as a Third Party Aggregator for NAPS, NATS or MAPS, we assist with registration, contracts, records and reimbursement claims. Stipend amounts, government shares and eligibility are set by the Government, not by us, and can change. Figures shown in the app are indicative — the scheme portals are the final word. The establishment remains responsible for its own obligations under the Apprentices Act and the scheme rules.

7. What we do not promise

PayNexa is a platform, not an employment agency. We do not guarantee that a jobseeker will get a job, that an employer will find a candidate, or that any listing or profile is accurate. Verify the other side before you commit — meet in person, check documents, and never share money or original documents with a stranger.

8. Prohibited use

Do not post false information, impersonate anyone, scrape or copy the database, attempt to break the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend any account that does.

9. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to show it on the platform for the purpose it was given — a job post to candidates, a profile to employers you apply to.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a hire that did not work out or a job that fell through.

11. Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms; the date above will change and we will tell you in the app for important changes. You may stop using PayNexa at any time and ask us to delete your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
